At Babblz India, we strive to deliver high-quality therapy and child development services with care and professionalism. We understand that sometimes schedules or needs may change. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments may be refunded or rescheduled.

1. Therapy Sessions and Programs

a) Cancellations by the Client

  • Clients must inform Babblz India at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule a booked session.
  • Cancellations made within this time frame may be rescheduled without penalty.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

b) Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once, subject to therapist availability.
  • Rescheduling requests must be sent via email or phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the service was not delivered due to an error on our part (e.g., therapist unavailability, technical issues).
  • If a prepaid package is canceled by the client with a minimum 72 hours’ notice before the first session, a refund (minus any applicable administrative charges) may be processed.
  • Partial refunds on unused sessions in a package will be considered on a pro-rata basis, subject to management approval.

Refunds will not be issued for services already availed or missed sessions due to client-side delays or non-attendance.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

Include the following:

  • Full name of the client
  • Invoice or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of scheduled service

Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

4. Mode of Refund

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Assessment and evaluation fees
  • Digital products, reports, or session recordings (if applicable)
  • Sessions missed without prior notice
